PASCO, Wash. - It's the second week of the Jose Garcia Morales murder trial in Franklin County. The case is now in the hands of the defense. They tried to bring in a witness from the Monroe prison.

The prisoner never made it. The van carrying Ramon Garcia Morales broke down on the way to Pasco. He's Jose's older brother and has already been convicted of murdering Alfredo Garcia. He is currently serving 67 years.

The defense plans to put him on the stand first thing tomorrow morning. Closing arguments will follow.
