Columbia Community Church hosts the sale twice yearly at the church on Gage Boulevard.
Sellers get 70% of the profit, and the other 30 goes to charity. Organizers say it's all about community involvement.
"It's a good community outreach -- everybody has a chance to earn money for the clothes that they can sell. The people can come in and get some really good deals on new and gently used clothes," said event organizer Sara Cabe.
There are more than 13,000 items for sale. Doors open at 9 Friday morning and there's usually a huge line. Bring a canned good for admission. Many items will be half-price on Saturday from nine to noon.
