BENTON COUNTY, Wash. -- The criminal case against Matthew Hibbard includes security tape evidence taken outside a Kennewick night club last 4th of July.
KEPR recorded the entire tape played at the trial for third degree assault with aggratvating circumstances and has it available to you here.
they had him in a head lock , he was out cold when they let go of him and he hit the ground head frist . hope they see this fact on the case .
It is sad that they put this video out for the public. But what the video doesn't show is the 20 minutes that Ben was technically dead. The only reason this isn't being tried as a murder case is because the EMT's were able to resuscitate Ben, breathe for him, and get him to a reputable hospital where they were able to perform 2 hours of emergency brain surgery and relieve the pressure from his swelling brain.
Do they do meth out of this bar, or steroids, I wouldn't be surprised. Who but a evil scum who did this to my brother, Hibbard stood the whole time and gazed at what he did to Ben, Who does that? Ben wasn't a violent person. This has to stop. Thats what Ben would want. Jack Didleys needs to be shut down. Really, all the employees are friends of these creeps. That tells tri cities something right? karmas real. That video is crazy. First time its been shown and all questions are awnsered no matter what hes sorry defense is.
Clearly a POS with bully/rage issues, send him to the pen and he can try and show the rest of the inmates how "tough" he is.
