TRI-CITIES, Wash. -- The cold, rainy weather didn't stop crews from working on the Blue Bridge. WSDOT says the bridge reopened Tuesday morning, a full day ahead of schedule.
Workers were welding new metal joints. Cement trucks were also out Monday. They were sealing up the work that was completed over the weekend.
Crews still have some minor work to do. Lanes will be closed one at a time and at night in the future.
