Average price of gas drops below $4

BELLEVUE, Wash. (AP) - The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Washington is $3.99.
That's an 11-cent drop in a week and it's four cents lower than a month ago. It's 32 cents higher than the national average.
Some metro prices from Monday's AAA survey:
Bellingham $4.08, Bremerton $3.97, Seattle-Bellevue-Everett $4.02, Tacoma $3.94, Olympia $3.98, Vancouver $4, Yakima $3.96, Tri-Cities $3.93, Spokane $3.90.
