Accused accomplice to attempted murder set for trial

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. - Todd Stuart is charged with attempted murder in the death of Judy Hebert.
Prosecutor Shawn Sant told KEPR a motion was filed to an appeals court to Stuart's statements admitted during his trial. The outcome is still pending.
In the mean time, pre-trial wrapped up today. Stuart pleaded not guilty to charges of attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
Jury selection should begin Monday. Stuart's estranged wife is charged with first-degree murder for the death of Hebert at their west Pasco home.
