TRI-CITIES — It’s not hard to spot the hydro super fans.

For some, it’s not just one weekend, it’s a season.

Action News caught up with Michael and his wife Fanny.

They're retired and live in their motor home.

They follow the hydroplanes wherever they're racing.

This year they started in Indiana.
“I loved boats all my life. I did a little racing when I was younger, nothing of this scale, but we started in 85 in Detroit and just fell in love with them and it's been a love affair every since. We follow them around the country,” Michael Buckley said.

The couple sets up shop and enjoys the boats.
