New Housing In Pendleton
PENDLETON - New housing for Pendleton. KEPR has learned a decade long subdivision project is nearly half way done.
A development called Sunridge Estates is going in next to Sunridge Middle School. So far, 45 homes are finished and people are living in them. The city is paving new roads for access for more housing - up to 60 more homes. New home owners in the area are excited for the expansion - as long as things stay quiet.
"We're happy with the new houses coming in. We want them to be single family homes. Not denser housing. As long as it is single family homes - we're happy. It is a nice neighborhood," said local home owner Marcia Hunt.
