Owners say they're still working on their tapas menu, but it's a mix of everything.
Owners say it's something different that the Tri-Cities needs.
“We liked to go out a lot and have some drinks so we thought Tri-Cities needed to have just a lounge to come and have some drinks and maybe not eat a lot of food, just some appetizers and a place to listen to good music and be able to talk with friends,” Carla Morena, owner of White Buddha said.
The lounge opens at four and stays open late on the weekends.
