Police say they found Jesus Salas-Rubio lying in the front lawn on a home on Zillah Street with a gunshot wound.
They found and arrested the owner of the home and two others for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia a few blocks away.
The home owner is a person of interest in the shooting.
“Pretty much we believe we have all the main players involved, we still have some people that were probably at the scene that we haven't identified yet,” Officer Aaron Hamel from the Kennewick Police Department said.
The 22-year old who was shot was taken to the hospital for surgery and was in stable condition at last check.
Meanwhile neighbors tell us the house had a lot of drug traffic and police tell us they don't think the shooting is gang related.
