TRI-CITIES-- So far more than 300 cars have been stolen in the Tri-Cities.

We took a look at where these thefts have been taking place and learned that about seven percent of all the cars stolen in Pasco over the last two years were stolen on Chapel Hill Boulevard, and the street is only two miles long!

In Richland, Duportail got hit the most since last November: five times out of 69 auto thefts.

A hot spot for Kennewick was harder to pin-point so Action News plotted all the 2009 auto thefts on a Google map. It shows a heavy concentration of theft East of Highway 395, with some clusters around Columbia drive and around Kennewick Avenue.
