KENNEWICK—There were more than thirty cases of car vandalism in Kennewick Saturday night.

Police say the destruction may have come from unhappy trick-or-treaters.

Most of the victims weren't home or weren't handing out candy and that could be motive for the crimes.

The property damage ranges from slashed tires to broken mirrors.

The damage was done throughout a wide spread area near 19th and Rainier.

“I was kind of shocked. I just thought it was really disrespectful of people that’s no fun for anyone to wake up and deal with that,” victim Kori Thornburg said.

Earlier this week Kennewick Police had another rash of car vandalism.

About thirty cars were broken into and vandalized near 5th and Sharron.

Two arrests were made.
