No West Richland Hate Crime in 2009, Four Cases in 2008

A year ago, the FBI reported hate crimes were up nationwide and in Washington state.
West Richland had four such incidents. So we checked back and found this year it has none. West Richland reported eleven hate crimes over a four year span, beginning in 2005 and ending with last year. |
