Naches -- It was a chaotic night for party goers in Naches.

Yakima County Sheriff Deputies tell us an argument over a girlfriend escalated into a stabbing. It all happened in the 7800 block of South Naches Road. "Probably half-a-dozen kids and it was total panic . Everybody freaked, all the guys. The first reaction was take him down, hold him down, get the knife out of his hands," says Brian Cherry, a witness to the event.

The suspect fled and broke into the house next door, where he was arrested. According to YSO, the suspect will be booked at the Yakima County Jail for first degree assault and residential burglary.
