The Tri-Cities is going to be featured on TLC's show "My First Home".
The TV film crew was out here last summer following around a couple, buying their first house.
The couple had a baby on the way and 5 dogs all living in a rental.
The couple says they learned a lot on the way about buying a house.
"It is important to go through and make a list of what you want versus what you need and present that to your realtor or at least to know that when you're going out there looking, it does make a big difference," Dan Mulhausen said.
Their realtor told Action News that the Tri-Cities housing market was hot last summer, and after a winter slow down it's picking up again!
The episode airs Wednesday at 10 PM.
