The Wine Valley Golf Club will open its fairways and greens in early may and is excited to be a part of the Walla Walla community.
The club features a links style course -- so there's no trees, with wide fairways in some parts that stretch 100 yards so if you're wild off the tee, you're in good shape.
"We got a lot of people coming to Walla Walla for wine but this will bring more. It's a great combo - golf in the morning and drink wine in the afternoon. We're gonna have 40-60 people working here. So there will be quite a few jobs available," said Director of Golf John Thorsnes.
