Yakima -- More than half of his home was destroyed in a space heater fire, he's got a new place to live but now he has a new problem.

"Until he gets that cleared out of there he's gotta be responsible for that and know that he's moved into another spaced he's responsible for that rent so now he has two rent spaces," Lyndia Mullen, property manager.

This is video of the Regal Estates mobile home fire from one week ago
and despite being unlivable the burnt mobile home is still standing, so the homeowner is still paying rent on it.

Early estimates say it will take about $2,000-$3,000 to tear down and clean the space.
