SEATTLE (AP) - It's four more years for Republican state Attorney General Rob McKenna.

McKenna easily defeated Democratic Pierce County Executive John Ladenburg on Tuesday, 59 percent to 41 percent.

McKenna says he's made a priority of fighting identity theft, fraud, domestic violence and methamphetamine, as well as pushing for more open government.

Ladenburg had said he'd be an activist attorney general, more aggressive in suing companies that harm Washington citizens and cracking down on consumer scams. But he ran a lackluster campaign and was losing his own county in early returns.
