Still No Justice For Tiairra Garcia Family

PASCO -- Still No Justice For a Pasco mother whose daughter vanished months ago.

Tiairra Garcia's mom, Donna, and a few friends sat patiently in Franklin County district court, Wednesday, waiting for three of the four suspects accused of kidnapping Tiarra to make appearances.

Andrea Parr was the only one who actually made it to court, but her hearing was continued.

Attorneys also delayed hearings for suspects Ashone Hollinquest and Verla Spencer. Attorneys said Benton County jail officials did not transfer him to the Franklin County jail.

The fourth suspect, Marnicus Lockhard, is still facing felony weapons charges out of state.

Police think Tiairra is dead but her body has not been found.
