Cops wanted to catch up with the two men for so long. Ever since 19 year old Tiairra Garcia went missing, her face and their mug shots have been in the collective mind of the Pasco Police Department.

Last week detectives made it clear: this case is personal.

Detective Jamie Raebel explained, "My family gets the brunt of it. I feel guilty if I take a day off because you know the family is missing their loved one."

Cops made the tough call to go public with news, they think Tiairra is dead.

Action News reporter Molly Kelleher pointed out a field in east Pasco. Police expect to find her in a shallow grave or field somewhere nearby.

Investigators think Ashone Hollinquest and Marnicus Lockhard know what happened. Both men are in custody.

They were caught by U.S. Marshals on the run, or at the very least avoiding questions from cops.

From talking to her, you can tell Donna Garcia doesn't have much fight left. She begged the media to pay attention to her daughter's disappearance the day she didn't come home. But that might've already been too late.
