Truck flips in Kennewick roundabout; causes traffic delays

KENNEWICK, Wash. -- A truck flipped on its side Wednesday afternoon in a Kennewick roundabout. That caused traffic delays on Highway 240, Columbia Drive and the Blue Bridge.
It happened at the double roundabout on the west end of Columbia Drive -- in the roundabout closest to the highway.
The driver was not hurt and troopers said he took the turn too fast in the roundabout which caused the wreck.
The roundabout was expected to be closed through at least 8:00 p.m. Drivers should avoid the area if possible.

That roundabout is the worst idea DOT has ever had, what ever happened to the study they were doing after the cop crashed his motorcycle in it.
