KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Police said a woman has been swiping someone else's credit card at stores all over Kennewick. They'd like to swipe a pair of cuffs on her wrists.
Photos of her were snapped on Halloween in what appears to have been a shopping spree.
The suspect left each location in a red Ford Mustang.
