Donut Hole: Pasco's zoning proposal to match county's

PASCO, Wash. -- KEPR wants to make clear a report on the action likely to be taken by the city of Pasco over the re-zoning of a small portion of the donut hole.
Now the city's zoning proposal would match Franklin County's zoning regulations.
The proposal would make official a policy that's already followed -- which is zoning a portion as suburban, rather than to allow apartment complexes or other housing that falls under medium-density.
