Pedestrian At Fault For Moxee School Bus Accident

New information on last night's bus accident in Moxee. A school bus slamed into a man crossing the street. WSP says the guy walking in the street is to blame.

Moxee -- The accident happened in the intersection of South Rivard Road and Seattle Avenue.

The school bus had 15 kids on board, they're all ok.

According to the state police the bus was turning left as Joseph Zepeda was crossing the intersection.

Zepeda was taken to Yakima Regional with head contusions.

Emma Harry says, "Oh I jsut heard that he had been hit by a school bus and I sure hope you're doing better Joe, c'mon get out of ther and come home."

We're told Zepeda is out of the hospital and neighbors say he's recovering at his sister's house.
