Hydro-Race Fans for 50 years

KENNEWICK - Thousands of fans gather to watch the hydro-races each year. But for one couple, it's a long-lasting tradition.
Visitors Nancy and Jim Fraser have attended boat races for 50 years.
They traveled all the way from Detroit just for the Water Follies Weekend. These hydro-aficionados have only missed scheduled races for family events and weddings. Even then, they said they want to be on the front lines watching the races.
“We love the venue. It's set up so perfectly, and it's just so exciting seeing these boats speed around as fast as they can. We love every minute of it. We look forward to seeing the race whenever it comes up,” said Nancy Fraser.
The Frasers have every intention to return next year.
