PASCO -- The teen suspect charged as an dult for a drive-by in Pasco told a judge he didn't do it.

Luis Alexander Contreras pleaded not guilty in a Franklin County courtroom Tuesday.

Prosecutors are charging Contreras with first degree assault for the shooting that sent a teen to the hospital two weeks ago.

She's doing okay now.

If convicted, Contreras could 20 years to life in prison.

His trial date is set for April.

According to police reports, the incident is gang related.
