Baby Raper Sent to Prison

KENNEWICK -- A judge sentenced 17 year-old James Wamsley to no less than 13 years in prison for raping an infant boy.

The sentence includes "aggravating factors" which could put the teen away for life.

Wamsley was babysitting the boy at the time of the attack.

Both Wamsley's family and the victim's were in court today, both family's were friends when the attack took place.

Tonight, only on KEPR Action News, the victim's mom opens up and talks about why she's going public with her story.
