Masked gunman robs convenience store, escapes with nothing

PASCO POLICE NEWS RELEASE -- At approximately 11:15 PM last night a lone masked gunmen entered the 7-11 at 14th and Sylvester Street in Pasco.

The robber demanded an undisclosed amount of cash from the store clerk and then fled from the business. The robber was not successful in acquiring cash from the business. He was observed approaching the business on foot and fleeing on foot.

The gunman is described as being a male, 5 foot six inches tall of medium build.  He was wearing all black clothing to include a black ski mask over his face. The gun used in the robbery appears to be a semi auto pistol.

Attached is one photo of the robbery suspect which is limits possible identification at this hour.

Investigators are working on recovering surveillance video of the robbery and suspect this morning.
