Richland Police Say Toddler Death Investigation Sent to Prosecutor's Office
RICHLAND -- KEPR has new information on the case involving the death of a Richland toddler. Police tell us they forwarded the results of their investigation to the Benton County Prosecutor, who will now decide if any charges will be filed.

Ryder Morrison's death was ruled a homicide, after he suffered a massive blow to the head. The young boy died in June, one day after his first birthday. The coroner said his body showed signs of prior abuse, but no additional details are being released. The prosecutor's office hasn't said how long it could take to review the report, before deciding on charges, if any.
