PROSSER - The owners of the "Princess Theater" downtown just opened "Pizzeria Venti."
The restaurant and wine bar is already drawing a big crowd with lines out the door this past weekend.
Maybe it's because they actually import water from Italy for their dough.
The owners are a husband and wife who are new to the area. They're from California and were just visiting during Balloon Stampede weekend and liked what they saw.
