PASCO, Wash. -- The trial will be delayed once again for a man accused of gunning down a Pasco couple two years ago. Tuesday, Action News found Ramon Garcia-Morales plans to defend himself at trial. Morales was already ruled competent by a judge, but his attorney, Kevin Holt, said he still questions his client's sanity and needs more time to work on the case.

Morales and his younger brother, Jose, are accused of killing a Pasco man and seriously hurting his wife nearly two years ago.

The trial is now set for the end of September.
