PASCO, Wash. -- The Pasco man accused of killing his pregnant ex-girlfriend now wants the judge thrown out. Kurtis Chapman's attorney, Matt Rutt, recently filed an affidavit of prejudice against Superior Court Judge Carrie Runge.

Rutt refused to say what that prejudice was but told Action News the motion was Chapman's right to request and the reason for it was confidential.

Chapman's charged with second-degree murder for the death of 19-year-old Shenay Greenough as well as manslaughter for her unborn baby.

A judge will decide whether to dismiss herself later this month.
