Spring Barrel Tasting is at the end of this month and Wineries all over the region are preparing for it.
Desert Winery in Prosser offers more than just wine tasting. They have cooking classes once every month where a featured chef comes in and teaches you how easy it is to make fantastic dishes.
They also have rooms available if you would like to stay the night.
