2 LBS Fiesta Foods MASA FOR TORTILLAS
OR A PACKAGE OF PRE MADE SOPES YOU CAN FIND THEM BY
THE DAIRY DEPARTMENT.
1/2 CUP OF WATER
1 TSP SALT

1 LB RE-FRIED BEANS
1 LB COOKED SHREDDED CHICKEN
1 LB COOKED GROUND BEEF
2 CUPS SHREDDED LETTUCE
1 CUP CHOPPED ONION AND CILANTRO
SALSA AS YOUR CHOICE GREEN, RED OR BOTH
1 LB OAXACA SOUR CREAM
½ LB GROUND COTIJA CHEESE
OLIVE OIL

DIRECTIONS:
IN A BOWL MIX THE MASA FOR TORTILLAS WITH A PINCH OF SALT AND ADD THE WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE. MIX IT UNTIL THE MASA IS NOT STICKING IN YOUR HAND.

WITH A TORTILLA PRESSER MAKE SMALL TORTILLAS LIKE ABOUT THE SIZE OF YOUR PALM. COOK THEM IN AN ELECTRICAL GRILL OR IN A FLAT LARGE PAN. PINCH THE EDGES AROUND EACH TORTILLA TO MAKE LITTLE BOWLS.
FRY THEM IN A LITTLE BIT OF OIL.

FIX ONE BY ONE, SPREAD BEANS AND THE MEAT YOU WANT CHICKEN OR BEEF, LETTUCE, ONION AND CILANTRO, SOUR CREAM, COTIJA CHEESE AND THE SALSA AT THE END. DELICIOUS!!!!
