Seven Eleven clerk tries to save beer, gets pushed down, kicked
PASCO POLICE NEWS RELEASE-- On February 6th at approximately 2:00 AM this morning, police arrested three individuals for robbery of beer at the 14th and Sylvester Street 7-11.
The three individuals entered the store, while one of the three distracted the clerk, the other two individuals grabbed six pack of beer and exited the store.
The clerk went outside contacting the thieves in an attempt to recover the stolen beer. During the confrontation the store clerk was pushed to the ground by the subjects and repeatedly kicked. The three then fled in a vehicle from the scene. Responding officers located the fleeing suspects and vehicle a white Kia Optima traveling down the road at 24th and Sylvester.
The vehicle was stopped and the occupant identified. Arrested for Robbery at the scene were: Alejandro Ramos-Ramirez (25 yoa) of Kennewick, Salvador Ramos (22yoa) of Kennewick and Emilio Garza (21 yoa) of Pasco. All three were booked into the Franklin County Corrections Center for Robbery where they will remain pending review of the charges by the Franklin County Prosecutor.
The store clerk received minor injuries and did not require medical attention.
