PASCO, Wash. -- KEPR learned the results of the toxicology report for Stephan Aceves is "not shocking."

That's according to the Franklin County Prosecutor. Results still aren't being released, but Aceves' family has long admitted he was drunk the night he was shot.

A west Pasco homeowner thought Aceves was trying to break into his home on Savary Drive and shot the 28-year-old.

The Franklin County Prosecutor has not yet decided if the homeowner will face charges for the homicide.

We should know Monday when the news conference will be scheduled to provide an update.
