High winds means high demand for local tree cutting services
TRI-CITIES - High winds were back today and that means huge demand for local tree cutting services.

Businesses tell us their phones have been ringing off the hook all week long.

But one of the downsides to the wind is that employees can only stay on the ground preventing them from doing much of their normal work.

We can’t send our guys out in the bucket truck, we do mostly ground work, when its really windy and usually if the winds are over 60 miles an hour we will start seeing tree failure", says Sandi True, President of American Tree Service.

Tree cutters tell us that if you need help with a tree, make sure you call a tree expert.

They say many trees don't actually have to be cut down.
