PASCO, Wash. -- KEPR learned that formal charges are coming against Dennis Huston and his wife, Noel.
Huston is the former Finance Director for Pasco Public Works. He has been under investigation connected to the embezzlement of nearly $3 million from the county.
KEPR obtained a copy of the summons thatnames both Huston and his wife Noel as defendants in the lawsuit filed by Franklin County and accuses both of fraud. It states Dennis Huston submitted fake invoices to a company called "Critzer Equipment" for supplies that were never received by Franklin County. The document claims he then received payment from the county for these invoices.
