BENTON COUNTY -- A judge will decide in August whether to unseal media requests for details on the Linda Lusk case. The former mayor of Prosser is charged with molestation. Lusk's attorney doesn't want you to see the details of the investigation against her.

On Wednesday, Lusk made a court appearance. The judge should decide on unsealing the documents in late August. Currently that decision is scheduled for two days after Lusk's trial is set to begin.
