Transformer Backfire Caused Tyson Fire
WALLULA - The Tyson Foods Beef Processing plant fire started when a transformer arced and sent sparks onto the shed, a Tyson official confirmed Thursday.

The fire only burned a warehouse and not the plant itself.
Workers were evacuated Tuesday. Officials said problems with the lights, computers and power have kept the plant at a standstill.

Employees will go back to work Friday.
