A longtime legal battle is finally over in Prosser. And the city will pay big bucks to make it go away.
The City of Prosser is giving Larry Loges $175,000.
Loges made hundreds of public records requests over the past three years -- claiming he was investigating corruption.
Prosser called it harassment. But the city settled to avoid a trial.

"We're sure," said Prosser Mayor Paul Warden. "We're very confident it's much less than what we would have paid if we went to trial. We have a very different system and different people here now. And I'm confident we won't go down this road again with Mr. Loges or anybody else."
Action News called up Larry Loges -- and get this -- he says he's not backing down.
This settlement is only about records from 2006.
He plans to keep battling for records from 2007 AND 2008
