Action News shot video two years ago when neighbors complained about the kennel. Back then prosecutors told us they were looking into it.
We can tell you that the owner of Sun Valley kennels pleaded not guilty to second degree animal cruelty. She has a preliminary trial date of June 3rd.
Sun Valley kennels advertises breeding Eskimo dogs. There could be hundreds of dogs at the facility.
Action News made calls, but hasn't heard back on what is happening now with all those dogs.
