Richland Man Gets Paid for Drinking Free Wine

RICHLAND - A guy in Richland has come up with the best job *ever.

On Wednesday, he launched idrinkyourwine.com.

Dan McCool got the idea from a man who gets paid to wear people's shirts. But McCool is putting a Washington wine country twist on it.

He's drinking a different wine everyday. He creates buzz about the label by posting video, pictures and blogging about it.

"I'm the joe the plumber of wine. i like good wine but i'm not a wine snob. I like marketing and meeting people and that's the greatest part of the job. The wine community out here is amazing it really is," said McCool.

Winemakers and other groups pay for Dan's services. On April 1st, Desert Wind Winery only had to pay a buck, the next day costs two dollars and so on.

And if he sells out the entire year, he would bank $38,000.
