Accused Killer Wants Judge Off the Case
The Pasco man accused of killing his pregnant ex-girlfriend now wants the judge dismissed from the case. Kurtis Chapman's attorney recently filed an affidavit of prejudice, a motion to dismiss the judge currently overseeing the case.
