BENTON CITY-- Action News talked to the owner of the new Benton City business rippedsheets.com.

He's hiring for more than a dozen positions.

He says he's looking for three things in his new workers, strong math skills, good coordination, and a computer background.

He's advertising for jobs exclusively in the Tri-Cities area.

"We have a good work force here that we'd like to see live and work here, we have great schools, we have great places for people to live, but a huge part of our population travels every day," Randy Rutledge said.
