IRRIGON-- Police say a teen hid two homemade pipe bombs in his 12-year-old sister's room.

Daniel Quast apparently called police after Linda Smith refused to hand over the title to his car, saying he owed her money. Quast had been living in Smith's trailer until she asked him to move out Wednesday.

Smith said she found the a bomb among his belongings when she was carrying them outside.

"I didn't even know it was in there, until I got it outside and the lid came open," said Smith. "Then I put it down very gently, very gently."

Police saw the bomb when they came to question Smith about the domestic dispute, and found two more explosive devices in his mother's house when they went to question him.

Quast was arrested on three counts of possession of an explosive device, and three counts of manufacturing an explosive device.
