A Month Missing: Inside the Tiairra Garcia Investigation
PASCO - Tiairra Garcia has been missing now for a month. Action News goes inside the investigation of missing 19 year old.

Wednesday marks a month since anyone last saw Tiairra. There have been lots of leads but still no sign of of the teen. Now Pasco police say they don't expect to find her alive.

Jamie Raebel is the lead detective assigned the case. Everyone from from patrol officers to volunteer police and just about everyone in this department has spent man hours on this case. But for detective Raebel, investigating Tiairra's disappearance is a 24-7 job.

"I feel guilty if I take a day off because you the family is missing their loved one," said Raebel.

Interview after interview, phone call after phone call, information is coming in and police say they have an idea of what happened. But because this is an ongoing investigation, they can only keep to the basics.

They say the 19-year old is no runaway, she's missing and possibly dead.

Investigators say two guys know something about it. Tiairra was last seen with her boyfriend Marnicus Lockhard, he also goes by "Pooh".

Investigators also want to talk to Ashone Hollinquest

"We are looking for them but we think they have fled the area but also people in the area know something and can put us on the right track," said Captain Jim Raymond.

"It's very frustrating. People are afraid to talk hopefully some common decency and someone finally comes forward," said Raebel.

The focus is East Pasco, police have been out in neighborhoods talking to people but now they're also combing fields looking for any sign of Tiairra.

"She's probably going to be found in a shallow grave or a field somewhere in the area near the river," said Raymond.

Investigators are fairly certain a crime occurred, now they need evidence and the family needs closure.
