Convicted Pastor Accused of Skipping Town, Back in Court

BENTON COUNTY -- Convicted pastor Randall Foos will make a trip back to Benton County this week to face more charges.

Court papers claim he skipped town against a judge's orders, and landed in Las Vegas preaching for a new church.

He was on that Church's website, but not anymore.

Prosecutor's said Foos will be in court later this week.

A jury convicted him and court papers say he was not allowed to leave Benton County.
