KENNEWICK -- A Kennewick High School teacher charged with sex crimes is a free man...for now.

Retired teacher William Pickerel bailed out of the big house Thursday.

His bond was set at $100,000.

Pickerel is charged with two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor in the first and second degree.

Seattle Police are also investigating Pickerel for sex crimes.

He's due back in court next month.
