West Richland eyes new traffic light on Van Giesen
WEST RICHLAND, Wash. -- West Richland has its eyes set on putting in a traffic light on 38th and Van Giesen.

But it can't be done until the state finishes paving 38th Avenue. West Richland is teaming up with Benton County to secure grant money to pay for it.

The city hopes only federal dollars would be used. The light would be up by 2015.
